More details about the DVS ‘Allow List’ have now been confirmed by Transport for London.
For operators who will be entering and operating in Greater London from 1st March, but have yet to have a Safe System installed to their 0 star rated vehicles, a 90 day grace period has been introduced.
To qualify for the Allow List, proof of a future installation needs to be supplied.
SM UK can provide evidence of your booking date, with detail of the equipment to be installed, all from our bespoke bookings system, which you can submit along with vehicle details to TfL’s dedicated email address: DVSGracePeriod@TfL.gov.uk
Once your Safe System equipment has been fitted, you must then follow the DVS Permit Application process.
