If you have any issues with your equipment, provide us with the details using this form, and we will get a service call arranged for you as soon as possible.
By providing us with as much information as possible during this stage, such as the site address and contact, we are able to get a call out arranged for you much quicker.
All SM UK safety systems and packages; cameras, sensors etc. are covered by our 3 year onsite warranty.
Anything from our range of lighting products; beacons, strobes etc. will be covered by a 2 year warranty.
Other products and ancillaries, such as TVs, microwaves, fridges etc. will be covered by a 12 month onsite warranty.
Our welfare vans have a 12 month back to base warranty, for any issues with the welfare build or products.
Should an issue arise, simply get in touch with our service team to report the issue, and we will get someone out to investigate and rectify the issue as soon as possible.
If your equipment was installed under our Type Approval, we need to determine whether the problem is with the SM UK stage of the build process, or a previous stage of the build.
