SM UK offer a premium Turn-Key solution and build welfare vans in-house at one of our workshops in Leeds or Tamworth.
Quality Assurance is very much the hall mark of SM UK and a prime reason as to why our customers return year on year. Our emphasis is on providing a van conversion that is tailored to our full client specification.
Our bespoke service starts with a client consultation briefing before creating a CAD design. From here we have several engineering discussions both internally and with the customer before we carry out the build. All of the services we provide from concept, through to full assembly include pre-PDI and registration.
Although we have four packages to choose from, 99% of our customers opt for the top of the range ‘Platinum’ specification, which include a battery pack and solar panel to further reduce energy consumption along with a range of robust feature such as the rear RHINO step.
The canteen area contains an instant hot water boiler and microwave with seating for four people. A private WC area with a hot water sink, hand dryer and fully flushing freshwater toilet with a self-servicing gravity discharge system providing more congenial and hygienic conditions than other mobile welfare units available on the market.
Included in the build is 12v and USB charging points to keep your workers fully connected and a useful overhead storage area. You will also find an internal control panel for all heating, lighting and welfare facilities.
All of our Welfare vans conform to the latest Type Approval regulations and every mobile unit has VOSA tested seating.
