Mandatory Fit:
High Voltage Detection Systems and Inclinometers must be installed to your tipper, so that when operating and unloading, drivers can be certain that there are no surrounding dangers.
Tipper high voltage detection systems has been designed to prevent vehicles and machinery with a variable height from coming into contact with high voltage overhead power lines. The system consists of a cab mounted detection antenna and an in-cab audio/visual warning unit.

LED strobes to the front and rear, and two work lamps activated with reverse complete your lighting upgrades.
All tyres will naturally leak air over time, but with our TPMS it maintains a constant check on your tyre pressures, enabling you to keep them at the correct level. You’ll receive a proactive maintenance alert when a tyre needs topping up with air – helping you to maximise fuel efficiency, optimise tyre life and improve road safety.
The Handbrake alarm will sound when a door is opened, and the Handbrake is not applied. This is to help stop issues with roll away vehicles.
(4W) Speaking Handbrake Warning Alarm (Single Message)
The body watch in cab and external detector is designed to alert the driver when moving off that the body of their tipper is still raised.
Footage can be stored on to our MDRs, giving you access to an accurate witness and irrefutable evidence in the case of an incident. An MDR is a valuable asset for Transport Managers, helping protect against bogus insurance claims, protecting wrongly accused drivers, and encourages best practice from drivers whilst also giving them peace of mind.
With 4G Capability, remote download and Live viewing can assist with improving First notification of loss (FNOL), which may also provide quick resolution of incidents.
Truck Door Windows are a valuable addition to any HGV fleet, giving drivers extra visibility on their nearside often referred to as a blind spot. The truck door windows we fit are ideal for Direct Vision compliance and provide the truck driver visibility lower down the door on the left-hand side of the truck where Vulnerable Road Users (VRUs) often appear.
This installation leaves the passenger side window operable, opposed to a fixed solution from factory.
