Their drivers have now said its made it far easier for them to manoeuvre their lorries around obstacles as they have visibility of areas that they didn’t do before. Even turning at junctions, it now gives them a ‘peace-of-mind’ as another checking visual before attempting a turn or manoeuvre.

Drivers are now being safer on the roads, and they have noticed a reduction in severe repairs from bumps or scrapes on their vehicles. Driver behaviour has improved as they are aware they can me monitored and any poor or reckless driving van be captured on video footage.

The system is easy to use and understand both from a user and a manager’s point of view. From viewing previous footage to using the system live and in action.

Yes, absolutely. The safety of our fleet is at the top of our priorities and other road users and by having the SM UK camera systems installed onto our fleet, we have the latest technology to enable our team to monitor what we need to, and also help our drivers do their day to day jobs too.

From the first meeting to now, our Account Manager has answered any questions we may have and also provided us with the technical knowledge we needed to understand the system too.

The level of service we receive during our initial installs was very professional, and the aftercare and service we still receive to this day is some of the best we’ve known. If we have a problem, we report it to SM UK and their team deal with it as soon as they can and make us feel like we’re the top of their list.
