Servicing
Even if your system is out of warranty, we’re still on hand to help. We can service or replace your equipment to get you back out on the road, doing what you do best. One of our expert engineers can come out to you, or take advantage of our workshop spaces and roll in/roll out servicing.
We even provide training for the lifetime of the equipment, so should you need any help downloading footage from your cameras, SM UK are here to guide you through the process.

Warranty
If you have any issues with your equipment, provide us with the details using this form, and we will get a service call arranged for you as soon as possible. By providing us with as much information as possible during this stage, such as the site address and contact, we are able to get a call out arranged for you much quicker.
Safety systems and package [cameras, sensors etc] : covered by a 3 year onsite warranty.
Lighting products [beacons, strobes etc] : covered by a 2 year warranty.
Other ancillaries [TVs, microwaves, fridges etc] : covered by a 12 month onsite warranty.
Welfare vans : 12 month back to base warranty, for any issues with the welfare build or products.
