Position: Fleet Sales Executive Nationwide

Location : Nationwide with a requirement to travel to our Head Office in Leeds

Job Type: Full Time 40hrs, Permanent, Monday to Friday

Salary:  Competitive, dependent on experience plus uncapped commission

Working on some of the country’s largest fleets, supplying and installing the latest safety technology and after-market products providing bespoke safety and truck enhancement solutions.

Due to our continued progressive growth and further expansion we have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Fleet Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales division focusing purely on providing safety solutions to customers large vehicle fleets.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in working with fleets to strategically engage, cultivate relationships and provide solutions of the highest standard of fleet safety and compliance for large commercial fleets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the commercial fleet industry, exceptional communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to drive successful sales outcomes. You will strive to provide the best possible customer solution for every opportunity, generating and building long standing working relationships with new and existing clients.

Reporting to the Sales Director and collaborating with our Project Manager you will be supported by strong, focused marketing, and a wealth of industry knowledge and technical experience from our existing team.

Your duties will include but not limited to the following:

  • Demonstrable Fleet (B2B) Sales experience
  • Account management of new and existing customers and end users
  • Sale of Vehicle Safety Solutions and After Market Products
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, with uncapped commission potential
  • Achieving Key Performance Indicators set
  • Lead generation and networking
  • Management of a clear pipeline of work/projections
  • Create quotations using our in-house system and proactive follow-ups
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Following internal procedures
  • Liaising effectively with internal departments
